Salomon, a global leader in outdoor sports equipment faces the ever-growing challenge of staying relevant in a fast-paced digital landscape. Social media managers at Salomon often deal with content filmed by internal teams or athletes, but these raw videos don’t always meet the polished, brand-aligned quality that Salomon requires. The footage needs careful editing to ensure it not only fits the brand image but also speaks to their audience in a way that drives engagement and strengthens the brand’s narrative.

On top of this, content needs to be produced quickly and within tight deadlines, because social media doesn’t wait. However, many agencies involve complex, time-consuming approval processes that slow things down. For Salomon, keeping the content fresh, on-brand, and relevant—without long wait times for edits—was a critical challenge.
